What are the benefits of Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of deep relaxation and concentration. When in this state you are able to focus and gain insights from the subconscious. With my guidance as a qualified clinical hypnotherapist this can lead to changes in behaviour and to restoring a sense of inner strength and balance.
Hypnosis can address not only the symptoms, but is able to resolve the cause of the situation.
How long do sessions go for?
The initial session goes for an hour and a half.
This gives me an opportunity to take a detailed history, to answer any questions, counseling and hypnosis.
All other sessions go for an hour unless there has been a prior arrangement
Training in self hypnosis is offered without any extra charge
